Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and [BUSINESS LEGAL NAME] ("Jack & Jill", "we", "us"), the operator of this website and its related domains (the "Site"). By entering the Site, creating an account, or buying anything on it, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who may use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and it must be legal for you to view sexually explicit material where you are.
You must not use the Site from any place where doing so is against the law, and you are responsible for complying with your local laws.
Access is by invitation. You must not share an invite code, publish it, or use a code that was not given to you.
You must not let anyone under 18 use your device to access the Site.

2. Content and consent

All performers who appear on the Site were adults at the time of filming and appeared with their consent. Records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 are kept as described in our 2257 Statement. The Site does not host content uploaded by users.

3. Your account

We use passwordless sign-in: you enter your email address and we send a one-time code. Your account is created when you make your first purchase.
You are responsible for keeping access to your email address secure. Anyone who can read your email can sign in as you.
One account per person. You must not share your account or let anyone else use it.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms. See Section 6.

4. Purchases

Each video and bundle shows its price before you pay. Prices are in US dollars and are charged once; there are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
Payments are processed by Authorize.net. We never see or store your card number.
Once payment is confirmed, the purchased video is added to your account library and you can stream it on the Site or download the file. A purchase gives you a licence to view, not ownership of the content.
The product you buy is the downloadable file. The online library is a convenience, not part of the product. We recommend that you download your copy promptly and keep it safe; we do not re-supply files.
Removal of content. We may remove any video from the Site at any time — including from your library, where it will no longer be available to stream or download — when required by law, a court or regulator, or by our payment or hosting providers, at the request of a performer, or at our own discretion. Removal after purchase is not a defect in what you bought and does not entitle you to a refund; your downloaded copy remains yours to keep under Section 5.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
If a payment is reversed, disputed, or charged back, we may remove the affected videos from your library and may close your account.

5. Personal-use licence

Every video, trailer, image, and other material on the Site is protected by copyright and belongs to us or our licensors. When you buy a video we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to watch it and to keep a downloaded copy for your own private use.

You must not:

publish, upload, post, stream, broadcast, share, sell, rent, lend, or give away any content or any excerpt of it, on any website, app, file-sharing service, social network, messaging platform, or otherwise;
screen-record, copy, or re-encode content, or remove or alter any identifying marks or notices;
circumvent or attempt to circumvent any access control, payment step, or technical protection on the Site;
use any content for a commercial purpose or for public display;
use bots, scrapers, or automated tools on the Site.

6. Enforcement

If content from your account is found outside the Site, or you otherwise break Section 5, we may permanently close your account and remove all videos from your library without refund, and we may pursue civil claims and refer the matter for criminal prosecution under United States federal law, including the Copyright Act (17 U.S.C.), and the laws of your own country.

Purchases are linked to the account that made them, and we keep records of purchases and account activity for this purpose.

7. Content complaints and removal requests

If you believe any content on the Site depicts you without your consent, depicts a person who was under 18, or infringes your rights, contact us at [COMPLAINTS EMAIL] with the video title or URL and a description of the issue. We review every complaint, respond within seven business days, and remove content that violates the law or these Terms. Performers who appear on the Site may request removal of content featuring them through the same address.

8. Availability and changes

We may add, change, or remove content, features, or prices at any time. We may suspend the Site for maintenance. We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date above changes when we do, and continued use after that date means you accept the new Terms. Material changes to purchase terms will not apply retroactively to purchases you have already made.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the fullest extent permitted.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE] , without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY, STATE], and you consent to their jurisdiction.
