Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 8, 2026
This policy explains what information [BUSINESS LEGAL NAME] ("Jack & Jill", "we") collects when you use this website (the "Site"), why, and what your choices are. We keep it short because we collect little.
1. What we collect
Information you give us
- Email address — when you sign in or buy something. It is your account identifier; we have no usernames or passwords.
- Invite code — checked when you enter the Site. Not stored with your account.
Information collected automatically
- Purchase records — what you bought, when, the amount, and the payment processor's transaction reference. We do not receive or store your card number; Authorize.net handles the payment page.
- Access log — when you sign in, open a purchased video, or download one, we record the time, your IP address, the country it resolves to, and your browser's user-agent string. We use this to secure accounts and to investigate unauthorised distribution of purchased content.
- Technical data needed to run the Site: server logs and error reports held by our hosting provider.
We do not collect payment card details, names, addresses, or dates of birth, and we do not use advertising trackers or analytics services.
2. Cookies
The Site uses only cookies needed to work:
- an invite-gate cookie that remembers you entered a valid code (30 days);
- a session cookie that keeps you signed in (60 days);
- short-lived cookies used during checkout and email verification (under 30 minutes).
There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Blocking cookies will prevent you from signing in.
3. How we use information
- to let you enter the Site, sign in, buy videos, and access what you bought;
- to send you sign-in codes and purchase confirmations by email;
- to prevent fraud, secure accounts, and enforce our Terms of Service, including investigating and acting on unauthorised distribution of content;
- to handle refunds, payment disputes, and support requests;
- to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling. We do not send marketing email.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that run the Site, and only what they need:
- Authorize.net (payment processing) receives your email address and the amount; your card details go to them directly and never pass through us.
- Cloudflare (hosting, database, storage, and email delivery) processes all Site data on our behalf.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganisation of the business. We do not share information publicly.
5. How long we keep it
- Account and purchase records: for as long as your account exists, and afterwards as needed for tax, accounting, and dispute purposes.
- Access log entries: [RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. 24 months] , or longer if part of an ongoing investigation.
- Sign-in codes: 10 minutes.
- Backups: up to 90 days.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its use, or to receive a copy of it. Email [PRIVACY EMAIL] and we will respond within 30 days. Deleting your account ends your access to purchased videos.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom: our legal bases are performance of a contract (providing the Site and your purchases), our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, and protecting our content), and legal obligations. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
If you are a California resident: we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA, and we do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
7. Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with our hosting provider using access controls and encryption at rest. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you we will notify you as the law requires.
8. Children
The Site is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
We will post any changes here and update the date above. Material changes will be announced on the Site before they take effect.
